Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport pallets and materials with precision.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs using scanning equipment and digital systems.
- Perform daily safety inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
