Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials to and from the loading dock.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Utilize RF scanners to accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and cleaning of warehouse equipment to ensure functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required for all positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Valid Driver's License: Preferred for material handling roles.
