Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operating machinery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and organizing stock properly.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
- Assist in cross-training on other warehouse equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift operator certification (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
