Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections and equipment checks to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning items and recording stock movements accurately.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all traffic and safety protocols while operating heavy machinery.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Class A or B is a plus, but not required).
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training provided by the company.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
