Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts to ensure equipment is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging stock as it enters or exits the facility.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Keep storage areas organized and clean to facilitate efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior forklift experience is required; training will be provided.
