Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night/Weekend availability is a plus).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
