Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (CDL preferred for Class A/B).
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
