Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging meets safety and shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and maintain high efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
