Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks safely.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow all company policies, including safety protocols and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
