The Role:

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting daily cycle counts and documenting stock levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the staging and storage zones.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and material handling procedures.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
