Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, or Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by scanning barcodes and maintaining organized storage zones.
- Perform pre-shift forklift inspections to verify safety equipment and mechanical functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Handle freight and inventory with extreme care to prevent damage or loss.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
