Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Verify inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to 5S principles
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Enforce safety protocols and immediately report workplace hazards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
