Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory counts and ensure accurate placement in designated storage areas.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment and workflow.
- Handle heavy pallets and packages using proper lifting and gripping techniques to prevent injury.
- Complete daily paperwork, including checklists and inventory logs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for reading labels, barcodes, and counting inventory.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- No prior forklift experience is necessary. We teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently.
