Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning equipment.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Sort and organize stock in designated areas to maintain a safe and tidy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload pallets and packages using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
