Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment based on customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
