Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional team for efficient loading/unloading
- Operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/OT required)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (if operating yard equipment)
