Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to transport, stack, and organize inventory safely
- Conduct pre-shift inspections and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and dock operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
