Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise for orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn handheld scanning technology quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 8-10 hour shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
