Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently
- Inspect and perform basic forklift maintenance checks before/during shifts
- Load/unift trucks and containers while verifying inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
