Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping according to company standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure correct quantities are included in each shipment.
- Utilize hand-held scanners and packing machinery to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily volume targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory audits and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to pass a background check.
