Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately count and verify inventory using scanning systems and digital logs
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to streamline loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in maintaining organized storage areas and efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
