Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets, materials, and inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and weight limits.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance needs.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage locations.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Must possess valid license or be willing to get certified).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (Class A or B preferred).
