Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklifts to ensure OSHA compliance and equipment safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated zones for maximum efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment preparation.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid license required; we can assist with training for the right candidate).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
