Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning products and ensuring stock levels are correct.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts (preferred) or a willingness to obtain certification through our training program.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
