Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers according to shipping schedules and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free workspace.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
