- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Inspect equipment for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify inventory accuracy and update stock records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine safety checks before and during shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
