Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, and Pallet Jacks) to move, locate, and verify merchandise and materials within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct daily safety checks on forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting as required.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for scanning and verifying items.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
