Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Items: Select merchandise from shelves and prepare items for shipment using hand-held scanners and packing equipment.
- Verify Orders: Check orders against packing slips to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and keep your work area clean and organized.
- Load/Unload Trucks: Assist in the movement of goods, including loading trucks and unloading incoming inventory.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: On-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing products.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, check weights, and calculate quantities.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work in a team environment.
