Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move products efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory with precision to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist in the receiving and shipping of goods, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, removing debris and hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and scanning equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
