Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage inventory accurately to ensure efficient distribution.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and logistical needs.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CP, RF, or Train the Trainer) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
