Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Class A, B, or C) to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all machinery to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging products during material handling.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize shipping and receiving workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety protocols and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
