Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to optimize warehouse flow and reduce waste.
- Perform daily safety inspections of all equipment to ensure OSHA compliance and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Secure cargo during transport to prevent damage or accidents during transit.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA compliant) with valid license.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs regularly with proper technique.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
