Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all OSHA safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Assist in bulk picking, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping products as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class A or B preferred but not required if on-the-job training is available).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Basic computer skills for inventory scanning systems.
