Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and functionality.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
