Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment for potential issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and load securement procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (required).
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
