As a Forklift Operator at Apex Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and railcars according to safety protocols.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are correct.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL preferred but not always required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Valid driver’s license (optional, but a plus).
