Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage shipments in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is organized, clean, and hazard-free.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
