Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks before each shift.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, labeling, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Handle hazardous materials and heavy loads with appropriate safety gear.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (Must provide proof of certification).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.
