Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (required) or ability to obtain certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required but preferred).
