Responsibilities
- Load and unload palletized materials from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and workflow.
- Operate heavy machinery with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or Class B).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory management.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
