Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in general warehouse duties including stacking, sorting, and organizing
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – full training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
