Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and railcars in accordance with safety standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately record stock movements in the system.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
