Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Inspect machinery daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Stack and organize products accurately to maintain inventory integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and document any discrepancies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (provided).
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and work orders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
