Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Follow strict safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to management.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for forklift certification.
