Responsibilities
- Safely Operate: Drive and operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials and products efficiently.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Maintenance: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in good working order.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- License: Valid Driver's License (Class B or CDL preferred, but not always required for entry level).
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
