Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating machinery.
- Organize inventory, stock shelves, and ensure accurate placement of products.
- Complete daily paperwork, including delivery logs and inventory reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job forklift training.
- Basic reading and writing skills for documentation purposes.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required but a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
