Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon certification).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for counting items and handling documentation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards.
