Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift.
- Accurately stock inventory and maintain organized storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic inventory counts and document any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training upon hiring.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
