Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
