Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Scan items using handheld scanning devices to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect packages for damage and prepare them for shipping.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicles).
